We are excited to announce the addition of Dr. Jacqueline Burkhardt to our practice family!
Dr. Burkhardt is certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry. Her extensive clinical training, and years working in an ophthalmology setting, provides an expertise in treating all forms of eye disease and conditions. Dr. Burkhardt practices comprehensive eye care and disease management, and enjoys the challenge of providing the best possible vision for her patients. She loves to stay current with the newest innovations in eye care and has a particular interest in specialty contact lenses. Dr. Burkhardt looks forward to serving the community with the same high quality of care that her patients have grown to expect from her.
After completing her undergraduate studies in Biology and Pre-Medicine at Boston College, Dr. Burkhardt earned her Doctor of Optometry degree and graduated summa cum laude from the Illinois College of Optometry.
Following graduation, she went on to complete a residency emphasizing Ocular Disease. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Optometric Association and American Optometric Association, while also volunteering with the Special Olympics and other local organizations providing eye health screenings.
Dr. Burkhardt resides in Doylestown and enjoys being part of the beautiful Bucks County community. In her free time, she enjoys the great outdoors, yoga, travelling, and spending time with her family and friends.
