Dave Marcolla
Proud to be a second term NBA Board Member, Partner Sponsor and Founder of the Emerging Leaders young professionals networking and development committee, I am a local Realtor and Principal of the Dave Marcolla Group at Keller Williams Real Estate - Newtown.  Earlier this year I developed the Discover Newtown Virtual Scavenger Hunt, Coaches on Couches with Coffee program and currently organize our NBA new member / location ribbon cuttings.  Experience in the local community includes past First Night Newtown Co-Chair, Rotarian, BCCC Tyler Tasting Committee Member, Newtown Economic Development Council Member, and prior manager of both TD Bank branches in town when they were Commerce Bank.  I'm a Leadership Program graduate of the Lower and Central Bucks County Chambers and received my Bachelor's Degree in marketing from Bloomsburg University and MBA from La Salle University - Newtown Campus.  I currently serve as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Cancer Support Community Greater Philadelphia and Board Member of the Philadelphia Assistance in Healthcare Foundation.

Scott Fegley
I have been a member of the NBA since 2006 and a Board member since 2010.  I have a law practice, the Fegley Law Firm, in Yardley, PA, but I have been active in the Newtown community through the NBA and other organizations for many years.   In the NBA, I have served on the Holiday Parade, Biz Expo, Breakfast Meetings, and By-Laws committees.  I have assisted the Board with assuring proper insurance coverage for NBA events and given Board members legal counsel on several issues including political speech at NBA events.  I proposed and created a new NBA scholarship program providing scholarships to high school seniors living in Newtown who are going on to study business and entrepreneurship in college.   I have thoroughly enjoyed the friendships and camaraderie while enhancing the Newtown community and hope the members will see fit to elect me to the office of Vice President.

Fred Poritsky
As I enter my seventh year in business and as a member of the NBA, I continue to learn more and more about small businesses and how the NBA runs.  I have enjoyed my tenure as a Board Member and this year I have decided to run for re-election to the Treasurer position.  My accounting background is a good fit for this important position in the NBA.  2019 was my sixth year as Co-Chair of Welcome Day and I was able to see first-hand how the NBA and its volunteers operate.  I have made many friends and valuable business contacts since I joined, and I look forward to helping the organization and its members grow their businesses in the coming years.  I am also happy to share my knowledge of web design, SEO, email marketing and social media marketing with the organization.

I began my career in education in 2003 and have spent the last eight years providing instruction for educational institutions, as well as overseeing personnel and managing financial records for companies in the area.  I am responsible for the development and implementation of customized English Language training for businesses through Bucks County Community College.  I am the Fundraising Chair and Chairperson of the Organizational Capacity Committee for the Pennsylvania Association for Adult Continuing Education (PAACE) and have designed and delivered customized training to numerous businesses in the Newtown area.  I am currently the Co-Chair and a founding member of the Emerging Leaders Committee of the Newtown Business Association.  Beginning in June 2019, the Newtown Business Association Emerging Leaders organized and hosted monthly professional development sessions as well as networking opportunities through monthly happy hours.  in conjunction with Emerging Leaders committee, I coordinated the Coaches on Couches with Coffee program to provide members of the NBA and the surrounding community with sessions on topics that were both valuable and timely and worked on the Virtual Scavenger Hunt, which allowed members of the community to “visit” NBA businesses, generating additional digital traffic for the member businesses.  Currently I am working with the committee on the development of the upcoming Virtual Expo, which will be held at the end of November.  I am an active member of the NBA and am eager to expand my role in this vital professional organization.  I currently reside in Newtown and am a life-long Bucks County resident.

I have been a member of the NBA for the last six years and have had the honor of being a board member for two of those years. Being part of the NBA board has given me more of an opportunity to give back to the community.   I currently am a Financial Service Center Manager, VP at Univest Bank and Trust Co. for the Newtown and Richboro locations.  I joined Univest in 2010, where I started as a head teller, and advanced to my current managerial position, where I have been leading my offices for the last five years.  As the manager of productive offices, I am responsible for leading the sales and service functions of the Newtown and Richboro Financial Service Centers.  Every day I work towards delivering excellence within my Financial Centers with a strong focus on fostering and building customer relationships.  I am dedicated to my profession, where I spend many hours working with the Lower Bucks Chamber and as a board member of the Newtown Business Association and a board member of the Northampton Township Business Association.  My involvement as a board member of the Newtown Business Association includes being active in the committees for Newtown’s annual Welcome Day and Car Show.  When I am not busy with my day-to-day life at Univest, I enjoy spending time with my family and taking trips to the beach.

I am excited to apply for a position on the NBA board this year.  I will use my knowledge & background in video marketing, creative social media strategies & my willingness to try new things to help grow the Association’s presence online.  I built my business with one goal in mind - helping local businesses compete with major retailers & large internet companies. By giving local businesses the tools to modernize the way they sell their product & flaunt the quality of their customer service - we can maintain the beauty of our quaint downtowns. This is the same mentality I will bring to the Newtown Business Association.  I am so appreciative of the relationships I’ve cultivated because of the NBA and look forward to getting to know new people at every meeting I attend (whether in person or virtually).  I originally joined when I moved to Newtown in hopes of meeting new friends & building a new network.  I truly feel being a part of this organization has made Newtown an even more special place to live.  I invite you to reach out to me and I’d be glad to grab a coffee (or meet virtually) anytime!

Tina Leck
It would be my privilege to continue as an NBA Board member in 2021 and to serve the association to the best of my ability.   I truly love all aspects of Newtown and am proud to  volunteer my time with the NBA as a board member and committee member.  Previously, I volunteered with the Newtown Business Association as the chairwoman of Welcome Day for 4 years and chaired Newtown Holiday Parade for 6 years.  I also served as an NBA board member from 2005 to 2015 and again from 2019 to 2020.   I have resided in Newtown township for over 20 years and worked in the adjacent community of Northampton at Leck Waste Service for 14 years.   Our family owned and operated business has proudly serviced Newtown and the surrounding community for over 49 years.  I look forward to hopefully continuing as a board member for another term and thank you in advance for your consideration and vote.

Greg Kramer
My Name is Greg Kramer, I have been in the insurance and financial services business for over 22 years.  I have owned and operated my Allstate agency for 18 years in Newtown.  I have coached Wrestling in the local area for 20 years, currently coaching at Holland Middle School.  Throughout my carrier I have been honored to represent the 10000+ agents on Allstate’s National Board, Regional Boards and State Teams.     I have been a BNI member for 15 years, I have served as president and vice president 5 times.  I currently sit on the Emerging leaders committee where I helped with Surfin’ Newtown and The New Virtual Expo.  I am proud to support many local causes like Philabundance, Toys for Tots and The Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House.  I am committed to helping my clients protect the things that are most important in their lives; Home, Auto, Retirement, toys, health and Income.  As a board member I would like to help with Newtown business engagement and growth of the NBA.

Matt Peters
As an NBA member, and business owner of Weed Man Lawn Care Bucks County, a growing employer in Newtown, since 2015, I have come to know many of my NBA colleagues.  I have gained a great appreciation for the great diversity of businesses in our local economy and I would like to be part of building the future in a way that creates sustainable opportunities in our community.  As the Newtown Township Economic Development Committee Chairman, I will bring a unique perspective to NBA Board meetings. I am pleased to be a part of the progress in the NBA’s Emerging Leaders Committee since fall 2019 and have taken the lead on the rebranding of the NBA Program Coaches on Couches with Coffee into its new title: All Around Newtown.  My time as a board member of LeTip of Lower Bucks County (since 2018) gives me experience on the board of a professional networking organization.  As an NBA board member I believe I will be precisely the right person to provide the energy, decisiveness, objectivity, and vision needed to help bring the NBA into a strong 2021 and to help businesses continue to recover from the effects of COVID-19.

Dan Petty
I am currently the Co-Chair and a founding member of the Newtown Business Association Emerging Leaders Committee which formerly organized monthly Happy Hours and monthly workshops.  So far in 2020, our committee has already successfully launched the Surfin' NBA Virtual Scavenger Hunt which allowed members of the community to “visit” NBA businesses, generating additional digital traffic for the member businesses in addition to the Coaches on Couches with Coffee Facebook-live series which provided members of the NBA and the surrounding community with sessions on topics that were both valuable and timely.  My initial vision for both events stemmed from a desire to connect our community, build local businesses, and foster friendships which are the three stated goals of the NBA. We are currently working on the development of the upcoming "Virtual Expo" which will be held at the end of November.  I am passionate about giving back to my community and have held numerous leadership and mentoring positions to that end.  I currently serve as Co-Chair for the Cancer Support Community "Pints in the Park" event that recently raised over $11k to make sure that no one faces cancer alone in our community.  When I am not busy volunteering, I am a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones Investments and have been in the financial industry since 2013.  As an Edward Jones Financial Advisor, I am fully committed to listening to, understanding and counseling my clients as we build tailored financial strategies together through our established process.  In my personal life, I was born and raised in California but my wife, Lydia, and I now call Bucks county home where we reside with our three daughters.  In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my girls, golfing, and working on classic cars (in that order).

Marco Robles
I am originally from Lima, Peru. My family and I immigrated in 1991 to the United States and I’ve grown up in Bucks County ever since. I’ve always liked helping and educating people so I decided to attend Temple University and earned my degree in Education. While I was at Temple, I started my banking career as a Part-time bank teller. I really enjoyed banking because I loved the daily interactions with customers and the relationships I would build with them. This feeling of helping people with their finances kept me in the banking industry. I’ve been in banking for 14 years and have been the Branch Manager of the Newtown branch of Penn Community Bank for a little over 2 years. I consider myself lucky to have been places in such a great town. During my time in Newtown and as a member of the NBA I have met some great people and have participated on the committees of the Welcome Day and the Newtown Holiday Parade. I look forward to being more involved with the NBA and hope to earn a spot on the board.
