Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Exhibits a friendly and approachable disposition
• Greets all guests warmly and enthusiastically
• Builds relations with guests through engagement
• Writes down and enters food and beverage orders accurately including guest modifications
• Answers guests’ questions
• Informs guests of aspects of our menu such as cheese on omelets and English muffins buttered
• Brings food and drinks to guests
• Assists guests with needs
• Collects payments for all guests with payment presented, all tables
• Tenders guest payments
• Seats guests
• Answers phone calls
• Takes & enters call aheads onto the wait list
• Gives exceptional guest service experiences
• Busses, cleans and sets tables
• Cleans chairs and sweeps floors
• Does all sidework duties
• Restocks condiments as needed
• Restocks side stations and tablewares
• Rolling silverware
• Assists other coworkers and managers as needed
• Maintains composure during times of stress
• Is respectful towards all guests, employees, managers regardless of challenging situations
• Never speaks poorly of any guest, the company, or employee
• Thanks all guests upon departure
• At least 85% of the time you spend during your shift should be performing the following tasks: As outlined by the Department of Labor
• Participates in valid tip pool arrangement. Employer credit taken on minimum wage amount.
