Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods
• Additionally, dishwashers are expected to keep the dishwashing area clean, organized and safe
• Empties and replaces trash liners regularly
• Perform additional cleaning duties as requested/required
• Preparation of product, including chopping vegetables, breaking down, cutting or chopping meat, weighing, portioning and mixing ingredients, washing and preparing vegetables, storing food
• Prepare recipes according to the recipes in the recipe book
• Assisting other coworkers and managers as needed
• Clean and sanitize food prep stations and equipment
• Maintains composure during times of stress
• Is respectful towards all team members and managers regardless of challenging situations
• Never speaks poorly of any guest, the company, or employee
