Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Exhibits a friendly and approachable disposition
• Greets all guests warmly and enthusiastically
• Clears & cleans tables taking plates, utensils and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed
• Cleans chairs & floors
• Assists guests with needs when asked. Assists in pre bussing the table while guests are seated
• Resets tables
• Assists other members with tasks such as running food or beverages to tables
• Restocks utensils, drinkware, plateware, napkins and other dining room needs
• Rolls silverware
• Maintains composure during times of stress
• Is respectful towards all guests, employees, managers regardless of challenging situations
• Never speaks poorly of any guest, the company, or employee
• Thanks all guests upon departure
• At least 85% of the time you spend during your shift should be performing the following tasks: As outlined by https://www.onetonline.org/link/summary/35-9011.00 the Department of Labor
• Participates in valid tip pool arrangement. Employer credit taken on minimum wage amount.
