Important Information for NBA Business Expo Vendors
NBA Business Expo & Culinary Fair
Newtown Athletic Club - Brown Gym, 120 Pheasant Run 3:00 - 7:00 pm
Set up for the Business Expo & Culinary Fair will begin in the Brown Gym at the Newtown Athletic Club at 10:00 am sharp and continue to 2:00 pm. No one will be permitted to begin setup before 10:00 am.
For setup, come to the Newtown Athletic Club pool entrance parking lot and look for the 1-800-GOT-JUNK truck, which will be placed near the door at the back of the Brown Gym, where you will unload your equipment and supplies.
1-800-GOT-JUNK? will be available to help you unload at the back of the Brown Gym at the Newtown Athletic Club. After you unload, you will be directed to available parking.
*You MUST have your tangible door prize when you come to check in (this does not apply to food vendors).
When you check in, you will be asked to sign in and list your door prize; you will be given your booth number and location at that time.
**You are responsible for choosing and contacting the winner of your table raffle, and arranging for prize delivery, if necessary. Don't forget to have entry forms or a way to collect raffle entries.
At the conclusion of the event, you will need to hand in your table sign at the NBA booth - with the name of your table raffle winner filled in on the back of the sign.
Your allotted space is 8' x 8'. A 6' table and two chairs will be provided for you.
A tablecloth will NOT be provided; please remember to bring your own.
If you requested a space with electricity, you MUST bring your own extension cords.
SET UP MUST BE COMPLETED BY 2 PM.
Your booth must be staffed from 3:00 to 7:00 pm.
No break down until 7:00 pm.
